Shipping Policy

 

All orders are drop shipped.  Please make sure someone knows about receiving a delivery!   A drop shipment means that you do not have to be home to receive your package and it will be left at the front door.   Make sure you leave a daytime phone number in the event of a delivery problem.  Processing your orders can take up to 72 hours prior to shipping day. 

Phone Orders:  Please call 315-422-1468 ext 1; Tuesday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to place an order.  You can also leave a message for shipping order 315-422-1468 ext 2.  Email Orders:  Please email to  harrisonbakerysyracuse@gmail.com with your name, phone number, items you would liked shipped and time you can be easily reached so we can contact you.

 

Our orders will ship out on Tuesday to ensure your deliveries will not get held up over the weekend.  Please tell us which Tuesday you would like your goodies shipped.  We ship our goodies over 2 to 3 days depending on the shipments destination.    Give us your email and you will be able to track your package as it arrives.   Please allow extra time at holiday time for processing and delivery.   Ground or Home delivery are only offered as an option for states that will be delivered in 2-3 days.  Please note that ground delivery is not guaranteed.   Federal Express Saver is guaranteed delivered in 3 days.  Federal Express 2-day delivery is 2 days and overnight will be delivered in 1 day (guaranteed).

 

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER DELAYS OR CANCELLEATIONS DUE TO WEATHER!

THERE WILL BE NO DELIVERIES ON MONDAY OR SUNDAY! NO DELIVERIES TO PUERTO RICO, HAWAII, ALASKA or PO Boxes (Shipments are confined to continental USA only).  

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES OR ZIP CODES.
